After an accident, Najm comes first.
In Saudi Arabia the accident must be documented before the car is moved. Once that's done, we take it to a workshop or home.
- 1Check everyone is safe and call 997 (Red Crescent) if anyone is hurt.
- 2Report to Najm (Saudi Arabia's accident reporting service) or the traffic police. If the car blocks the road, photograph the scene in the Najm app first, then move it aside.
- 3Send us your location and the workshop or address it should go to.
- 4We load it on the flatbed — a damaged car rides on the deck, not dragged on its wheels.

Moving a car to another city or country.
